Emery did a fantastic job in providing a detailed report and walked us through the issues he found. The report that is provided by the company is easy to navigate and highly informative. One of the reasons we loved Inspections Over Coffee is because they offer thermal imaging. Even though we were unable to obtain thermal imaging on our inspection date ( builder misscommunication) Mike went out of his way and assisted us in rescheduling for a different date to complete that himself.
